New CEO

Starting on December 1st, 2023, Dmitri Gorski has assumed position as CEO in Nicoustic. Dmitri comes from role of vice-president for sales and marketing and is one of the co-founders of the company.
Dmitri is a process and commissioning engineer by trade. He holds a PhD in process engineering and an MBA in Technology Management. His background combines a wealth of technical project experience gained during multiple offshore projects with experience from leadership roles in several start-ups and scale-ups. Prior to Nicoustic, Dmitri spent three years working offshore in Brasil for Equinor with commissioning of the Peregrino C wellhead platform.
Current CEO Morten Frøseth will continue in Nicoustic as CFO. «I am very pleased that Dmitri now takes primary responsibility for the company’s activities as our new CEO. This is in line with our development. Dmitri has shown very good skills in creating interest in Nicoustic technology towards international companies and in leading internal activities. I am absolutely confident that this is a very good solution for both the company, the employees, and our external partners» says Morten.
